The Firelord was defeated and lost his fire bending abilities.
His son Prince Zuko gets his throne.
This is Prince Zuko.
He is kinda EMO.
He used to be bad and wanted to hunt Avatar Aang to restore his honour as a prince.
He changed his ways and helped Avatar and the gang defeat the Firelord.
He had a disturbed childhood and had a few internal struggles with himself
in some of the episodes.
This is Toph.
A blind earth bender who can see with earth bending.
She is cool character in the anime.
Overall
Avatar: The Legend of Aang is really a cool anime.
