I have watched episode 20 of Boys Before Flowers. Currently waiting patiently for episode 21. Woohoo~. I must say that Ji Hoo looks like an anime (in a good way of course) after his haircut.
Want to share this incident which happened months ago. I saw this car heading towards this narrow road at a certain place. A man walked pass and he got honked at by the car repeatedly. The man in the car honked at the man very rudely. Apparently at that point of time he looked like a rude dude who wants to get his way out of the place. The pathetic dude who got honked at got a lot of stares from the nearby Kopitiam. Those uncles at the Kopitiam also witness the incident and perhaps, felt pity for the dude who was rudely honked at.
Just when I wanted to dismiss the guy in the car as a lowly, rude and downright annoying, this happened. The guy in the car shouted from the window of his car to the pathetic guy who was walking away. Actually what happened was that he wanted to call the guy whom is maybe his ex-classmate, relative, or even his friend to look his way. Before long, the guy acknowledged this seemingly rude friend of his and they both chatted a while before leaving the place.
What a way to grabbed someone's attention. Honking. Tsk. Tsk.
So the moral of the story is to not be judgemental. I admit I can really judge a person harshly just by one incident. It takes another incident for me to change my mind, my perception, my judgement of a person. Sometimes, it is really hard to see the best in people. In contrast, it is easy to see the negative side in people. I have always wondered when reading Harry Potter books (before the seventh book) why Dumbledore trusted Snape so much. I always felt that he has a soft spot to always see the best in a person. I despised Snape until the seventh book. What a tragic hero of the series he is. Dumbledore was right after all about him.
So change the topic. I need to rant this out. There is a coward lurking the hallways of YTSS. Shall not reveal the name but I have never seen a coward who shows his colours when he is with the company of his friends but cowers away when he is alone. Shame.
I am listening to Broken Strings by James Morrison Feat. Nelly Furtado. A meaningful song with meaningful lyrics. People should listen to this song. I put this song on my blog currently. Nice.
Try to see the best in a person. I'll take note of this.
Signing off now.
